This is a possible model for a collection of my students' best blog posts. Of course, the page links would lead to another blog that is a collection of my students' posts on that particular subject. 

I like the way that the Huffington Post lays out the posts.

I would like students to take full responsibility for putting this collection together, but I'm not sure how to handle that. Maybe I should let them figure it out.
